Baked Ranch Chicken


  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Prepare your dredging station by blending the breadcrumbs, ranch mix, and Parmesan cheese together in one bowl, and the mayonnaise in another

  3. Cover the chicken breasts, one by one, with mayonnaise, then roll the covered chicken with the breadcrumb mixture until completely coated

  4. Place the chicken breasts in a well-greased casserole dish

  5. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F
