El Pollo Loco Avacado Salsa


Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • 2 jalapenos

  • 1 ½ cup water

  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 small garlic clove


Method

  1. Clean the avocado, jalapeno, garlic and the onion of all skin and seeds

  2. Place all the ingredients in a mixer or food processor and pulse to make a smooth paste

Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week in a sealed container
