Soboro Donburi (Gingery Ground Beef)
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 cup peas
In a large skillet brown and cook the ground beef, drain any excess fat or water
Add the water, soy sauce and sugar and reduce by half.
Add the fresh ginger and reduce until most of the liquid is gone.
Serve over rice
