Thai Seasoning

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons paprika

• 1 teaspoon turmeric

• 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper

• 1 teaspoon coriander crushed

• 1 teaspoon fenugreek

• ½ teaspoon mustard powder

• ½ teaspoon ground cumin

• ½ teaspoon ground ginger

• ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder

Method

1. Mix all the seasonings in a bowl. Store in an airtight container out of sunlight.

Makes about 3 Tablespoons
