White Castle Zesty Zing Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, peeled

• ½ onion peeled

• 1 cup mayo

• 2 Tablespoons ketchup

• 2 Tablespoons horseradish

• 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

• 1 teaspoon cayenne

• 1 teaspoon honey

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire

• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor

2. Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
