Yakisoba Chicken is a popular Japanese stir-fried noodle dish featuring tender pieces of chicken, crisp vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, and onions, and chewy wheat noodles. The ingredients are quickly sautéed together in a savory-sweet yakisoba sauce, which typically includes soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and a hint of sugar. This flavorful and satisfying meal is often garnished with pickled ginger and green onions, making it a favorite for both weeknight dinners and festive gatherings.
