Yakisoba Chicken

Yakisoba Chicken


· ½ teaspoon sesame oil

· 1 Tablespoon canola oil

· 2 Tablespoon chili paste

· 2 teaspoons minced garlic

· 2 teaspoons minced ginger

· 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, small dice

· ½ cup soy sauce-divided

· 1 onion sliced

· ½ medium cabbage chopped

· 2 carrots-1 inch dice

· 8 ounces of soba noodles cooked and drained


1. add the sesame, canola oil, and chili paste in a large saucepan and combine on medium heat. Stir for 30 seconds

2. Add the garlic and stir for another 30 seconds

3. Add the diced chicken to the pan with ¼ cup of the soy sauce and thoroughly cook the chicken

4. After chicken is fully cooked, remove from pan and set aside

5. Add the carrots, cabbage, and onion and cook until the carrots are soft and the cabbage has wilted

6. Add the chicken, the rest of the soy sauce, and the cooked soba noodles and stir until heated through
