Our Bacon Cheeseburger Omelet uses fluffy farm-fresh eggs folded around seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and sautéed onions. All the bold flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger—wrapped in an omelet and served hot off the griddle










Bacon Cheeseburger Omelet

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup cooked ground beef

  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 strips of bacon

  • Salt and pepper to taste



Method

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Let it cool, then chop it up.

  2. In the same pan, sauté the diced onion until soft.

  3. If your ground beef isn’t already cooked, cook it until browned, then measure 1/4 cup.

  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a bit of salt and pepper.

  5. Pour the eggs into a greased nonstick skillet over medium heat. Let them sit for about a minute.

  6. Add the onions, ground beef, and bacon to one half of the omelet. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese on top of the fillings.

  7. Fold the omelet over the fillings. Cook for another minute or until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked through.

Slide the omelet onto a plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
