Cajun Chicken Pasta


  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 cooked chicken, julienned

  • 1 onion, julienned

  • 2 sweet peppers, julienned

  • 2 Tablespoons Fajita seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chicken base

  • 2 cups Béchamel sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro, chiffonade

  • ¼ box of fettucine, cooked

  • Salt and pepper as needed

  • 2 Tablespoon green onion, sliced


  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté the cooked chicken, onions, and peppers, until onions start to become translucent, and the peppers soften.

  2. Add the fajita seasoning, salt and pepper and garlic and stir well until fragrant

  3. Add the Béchamel sauce and stir until mixed throughout, then add the cilantro and continue to stir

  4. Add the cooked fettucine, season again with salt and pepper and stir, cover and heat thoroughly

  5. Add a small amount of milk or cream to change the consistency of the sauce if needed

This recipe works well with shrimp instead of chicken
