Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 jar pesto
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Olive oil (for brushing)
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles.
Spread a little pesto on each triangle.
Add mozzarella, parmesan, and red onion slices.
Roll up, place on baking sheet, and brush with olive oil.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
