Crisp chicken pesto flatbread is topped with zesty basil pesto, juicy grilled chicken, creamy mozzarella, and shaved Parmesan. Each bite delivers a perfect balance of savory, herby, and fresh flavors.
Chicken Pesto Flatbread
Ingredients
1 pre-made flatbread
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, pre-cooked and sliced or shredded
¼ cup pesto sauce
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shaved Parmesan
Method
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
Spread pesto evenly over the flatbread.
Scatter pre-cooked chicken over the pesto.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Slice and serve warm. Optional: Garnish with fresh basil or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Tips
Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
