Crisp chicken pesto flatbread is topped with zesty basil pesto, juicy grilled chicken, creamy mozzarella, and shaved Parmesan. Each bite delivers a perfect balance of savory, herby, and fresh flavors.

 








Chicken Pesto Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, pre-cooked and sliced or shredded

  • ¼ cup pesto sauce

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread pesto evenly over the flatbread.

  4. Scatter pre-cooked chicken over the pesto.

  5. Top with mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.

  7. Slice and serve warm. Optional: Garnish with fresh basil or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Tips

  • Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.

  • Add extra veggies or swap cheeses to taste.
