1 packaged pizza crust
3/4 cup mayo
1 can drained, quartered artichoke hearts
¼ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked chicken meat
1 red pepper, small dice
1 small bunch green onions, sliced
In a small bowl, mix the drained artichokes, ricotta, parmesan, and mayo together and set aside
Dice the pepper and the cooked chicken and set aside
Unwrap the pizza crust and cover the entire pizza crust with the mayo & artichoke mix.
Top evenly with the diced chicken, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven according to the package directions
Cut into slices or squares and enjoy
