Ingredients

  • 2 cups lettuce mix

  • 3 ounces sliced turkey

  • 3 ounces sliced ham

  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed

  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced

  • Grape tomatoes, as desired

  • 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced or quartered


Method

  1. Arrange the lettuce mix in a salad bowl or on a large plate.

  2. Top with sliced turkey, ham, cheddar cheese, cucumber, and grape tomatoes.

  3. Add the sliced or quartered hard-cooked egg on top.

  4. Serve with your favorite dressing.
