Church’s Purple Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup Grape jelly
3 tablespoons Pickled jalapeños
1 teaspoon Pickled jalapeño juice
1/2 teaspoon Habanero hot sauce
Method
Place the grape jelly in a small bowl or food processer, and whisk or blend it vigorously until the lumps disappear and it turns into a smooth, glossy syrup.
Stir in the finely minced pickled jalapeños and the hot sauce
Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. This allows the vinegar and pepper juices to thin out the jelly into a perfect dipping sauce consistency.
