¼ cup water
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoon rice vinegar
3 Tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 Tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne powder
Add all the ingredients except for the sugar, cornstarch and water to a small sauce pan over low heat
Bring mixture to a slow boil, then combine the sugar into the mixture
Make a slurry with the water and cornstarch, slowly blend into the mixture.
Remove from heat after it thickens.
Allow to cool properly, and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two months
