Gochujang Sauce


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chili sauce

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger

  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar

  • ¼ cup sesame oil

  • 2 Tablespoon sesame seeds


Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Mix well to blend everything

  3. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks
