Duck Sauce

Duck sauce is a tangy condiment used in Chinese-American cuisine. It's made from plums, apricots, sugar, vinegar, and spices. It's commonly used as an appetizer dip or glaze for poultry or pork dishes.

Duck Sauce Recipe


  • ¾ cup apricot jam

  • 4 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce

  • 2 medium cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate for up to three weeks in a sealed container..
