Duck Sauce


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup apricot jam

  • 4 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce

  • 2 medium cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper


Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate up to three weeks in a sealed container
