Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped mint

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until smooth

  2. Refrigerate immediately

  3. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 2 weeks
