Greek yogurt dip is a creamy and tangy spread or accompaniment made primarily from strained Greek yogurt. It often includes herbs, spices, and other flavorings such as garlic, lemon juice, dill, or cucumber, depending on the recipe. This dip is popular for its rich texture and protein content, making it a healthier alternative to sour cream-based dips. It pairs well with fresh vegetables, pita chips, or grilled meats, offering a refreshing and versatile option for snacking or entertaining.
