Huli Huli Chicken


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • ¾ cup ketchup

  • ¾ cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

  • 2 ½ teaspoons fresh grated ginger

  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh grated garlic

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloin


Method

  1. Make the marinade with the first six ingredients

  2. Add the chicken and cover completely with the marinade

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

  4. Grill the chicken, basting the meat with the marinade while it cooks.

  5. Serve on rice with fresh sliced pineapple
