Ingredients

• 1/2 cup honey

• 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot or Tabasco)

• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

• 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional, for tang)

• Pinch of salt and pepper

Method

1. In a bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper.
