McDonald's Sweet & Sour Sauce
Ingredients
¼ cup peach preserves
¼ cup apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
5 teaspoons white vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
½ teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoon water
Method
Combine all the ingredients except water in a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour processed sauce into a small saucepan over medium heat, add the water, and boil.
Let simmer for 5 minutes and place into a container to cool.
