Ingredients

• ¼ cup peach preserves

• ¼ cup apricot preserves

• 2 Tablespoons light corn syrup

• 5 teaspoons white vinegar

• 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch

• ½ teaspoon soy sauce

• ½ teaspoon yellow mustard

• ¼ teaspoon salt

• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

• 2 Tablespoons water

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients except water in a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour the processed sauce into a small saucepan over medium heat, add the water, and bring to a boil.

2. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a container to cool.
