Taco Salad


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • ½ cup cheddar cheese

  • 2 Tablespoon Chef Politte’s Taco Seasoning

  • 1 small bag of Doritos

  • 2 ounces of your favorite salsa

  • 2 ounces 1000 Island dressing

  • 2 ounces sour cream

  • 1 10 ounce can of red beans-drained

  • Favorite lettuce mix


Method

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef and season it with 2 Tablespoons of the Chef Politte Taco seasoning spice blend, drain any fat

  2. Add the lettuce to a large bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients and stir well

  3. Add to bowls and top with sour cream for garnish

  4. Yields depend on portion sizes
