Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
½ cup cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoon Chef Politte’s Taco Seasoning
1 small bag of Doritos
2 ounces of your favorite salsa
2 ounces 1000 Island dressing
2 ounces sour cream
1 10 ounce can of red beans-drained
Favorite lettuce mix
Method
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef and season it with 2 Tablespoons of the Chef Politte Taco seasoning spice blend, drain any fat
Add the lettuce to a large bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients and stir well
Add to bowls and top with sour cream for garnish
