Zesty Blue Cheese Sauce is a tangy, creamy dressing made with blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings. It goes well with salads, burgers, and sandwiches, or as a dip for chips, vegetables, and crackers







Zesty Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ½ cup mayo

  • ½ cup of crumbled blue cheese

  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ Tablespoon horseradish

  • ½ Tablespoon fresh garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well

  2. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
