Buldak Chicken
Ingredients
· ¼ cup gochugaru
· 2 Tablespoons gochujang
· ½ Tablespoon soy sauce
· 1 Tablespoon oil
· ¼ teaspoon black pepper
· 3 Tablespoons Korean rice syrup
· 6 cloves of garlic, minced
· 1 teaspoon ginger minced
· 1-pound boneless chicken, medium dice
Method
1. In a bowl, mix the first eight ingredients until they resemble a thick paste.
2. Add the diced chicken and marinate for at least one hour.
3. In a wok, fry the marinated chicken until it is cooked thoroughly.
4. Serve with rice or noodles
