Buldak Chicken



Ingredients

· ¼ cup gochugaru

· 2 Tablespoon gochujang

· ½ Tablespoon soy sauce

· 1 Tablespoon oil

· ¼ teaspoon black pepper

· 3 Tablespoon Korean rice syrup

· 6 cloves garlic minced

· 1 teaspoon ginger minced

· 1-pound boneless chicken medium dice

Method

1. In a bowl, mix the first eight ingredients until it resembles a thick paste.

2. Add the dice chicken and marinate for at least one hour.

3. In a wok, fry the marinated chicken until it is cooked thoroughly.

4. Serve with rice or noodles
