Chili lime turkey meatballs are made with lean ground turkey, sriracha, and lime juice, delivering a spicy, zesty flavor. Baked to perfection, they’re served with a creamy chili-lime sauce for dipping, making them a great appetizer or main dish.
Chili Lime Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients for Meatballs
1 pound lean ground turkey
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions for Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size.
Place the meatballs on a waxed or lightly greased Teflon cookie sheet.
Bake for at least 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup nonfat yogurt
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
½ tablespoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions for Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and kosher salt.
Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Store the sauce in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
