Chili Crisp Noodles


  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons chili crisp

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 green onion, sliced

  • 1 small bunch of cilantro, chiffonade

  • 8 ounces of your favorite long noodle


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions-strain when finished, set aside

  2. Mix the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside

  3. In a medium saucepan or wok over medium-high heat, stir the chili crisp, garlic, and ginger until fragrant

  4. Add the soy-sesame oil mixture and stir well

  5. Add the noodles, half the cilantro, and half the green onion, and stir until completely heated through

  6. Top with the sliced onions and chopped cilantro
