Del Taco Green Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 jalapenos

• 3 green chilies

• 4 cloves garlic

• ½ onion

• ½ Tablespoon cumin

• ½ cup vegetable oil

• 2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

• salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Slice and de-seed the peppers and place them in a small saucepan and cover with water and a teaspoon of salt

2. Bring to a boil and boil until the peppers are soft and change into a dull color

3. Add the drained peppers and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until very smooth.
