Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice

  • 1 10-ounce can cream of celery soup

  • 1 10-ounce cream of chicken soup

  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

  • ½ cup milk

  • 4 single lobe chicken breasts


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F

  2. In a small saucepan, combine the two cream soups and the milk

  3. Add the raw rice and stir well

  4. Pour the mixture into a foil or ceramic casserole dish

  5. Add the chicken breasts on top of the sauce mixture

  6. Top with the dry onion soup mix

  7. Bake covered at 325 degree F for 2 hours
