Everything Bagel Quesadillas

Ingredients

• 2 medium flour tortillas

• 4 ounces spreadable cream cheese

• 4 ounces sliced gravlax

• 1 Tablespoon Chef Politte's Everything Bagel Seasoning, plus more for topping

• 1 tablespoon chopped green onions or chives, optional

• 1 teaspoon butter or oil for the skillet

Method

1. In a small bowl, stir the spreadable cream cheese with Chef Politte's Everything Bagel Seasoning and green onions, if using.

2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half of each whole tortilla.

3. Layer the sliced gravlax over the cream cheese, then fold each whole tortilla over the filling to make two folded quesadillas.

4. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.

5. Cook the folded quesadillas for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the tortillas are golden and the filling is warmed through.

6. Transfer to a cutting board, let them rest for 1 minute, then cut each folded quesadilla into wedges if desired.

7. Sprinkle with a little extra Chef Politte's Everything Bagel Seasoning before serving, if desired.
