Mushroom Melt Sandwich
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
½ Tablespoon marjoram
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 Tablespoon garlic butter seasoning
4 slices rye bread
Muenster cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Wash and slice the mushroom
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil
Add the mushrooms
Sauté the mushrooms with the marjoram, garlic butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and set aside off the heat.
Use the other half of the oil in a separate pan and grill the bread with the cheese on top.
Add the mushroom to the cheese and the other slice of cheesy grilled bread to make a sandwich.
Serve with chips and a pickle.
