Quizno's Zesty Grill Sauce

Ingredients

• ½ cup BBQ sauce

• 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard

• 1 Tablespoon mayo

• 1 teaspoon hickory smoke flavor

• 1 teaspoon white vinegar

• 1 habanero pepper

• 1 teaspoon onion salt

• 1 teaspoon pepper

• 3 Tablespoons of water

• 2 Tablespoons ketchup

Method

1. De-seed the habanero pepper and add it to the blender or food processor along with all the other ingredients.

2. Puree until smooth

3. Add a bit of water if the sauce is too thick and blend again.

4. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to three weeks.
