Ras El Hanout

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon ground ginger
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
2 ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1 ½ teaspoon cayenne
1 ½ teaspoon allspice
¾ teaspoon cloves
Method
Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
Store in an airtight container out of the sunlight for up to 3 weeks
