Ras El Hanout


Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 Tablespoon ground ginger

  • 2 Tablespoons kosher salt

  • 2 ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground coriander seeds

  • 1 ½ teaspoon cayenne

  • 1 ½ teaspoon allspice

  • ¾ teaspoon cloves

Method

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.

  2. Store in an airtight container out of the sunlight for up to 3 weeks
