Moroccan Shrimp
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon Ras El Hanout spice blend
1 pound P & D jumbo shrimp, tails off
¼ cup white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
When the oil is shimmering, add the Ras El Hanout and stir until fragrant
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and curl up
Add the wine and lemon juice, and simmer for 2 minutes
Season with salt and pepper.
