Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Ras el Hanout spice blend
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro for garnish)
Method
Preheat your oven to 425°F
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Ras el Hanout, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until the florets are golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, remove from the oven. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
