Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients
6 Tablespoons butter
3 ½ Tablespoons A/P flour
2 cups of milk
Salt and pepper
Method
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat
Slowly add the flour and stir in to make a roux
Cook and stir for approximately 1-2 minutes
Add the milk and whisk until smooth, simmer for about 2 minutes, being careful not to burn
Season with salt and pepper
