½ cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tablespoons liquid aminos or soy sauce
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
½ Tablespoon granulated onion
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
Pinch of fresh herbs
Method
Combine the balsamic vinegar, liquid aminos, and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
Add the granulated onion, minced garlic, and nutritional yeast. Stir well to incorporate.
Season with a pinch of your chosen fresh herbs and mix again.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more maple syrup for sweetness or more balsamic vinegar for tanginess as desired.
Transfer the dressing to a jar or bottle with a tight lid and store it in the refrigerator. Shake before use.
