¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon white vinegar
Mince the ginger, garlic, and onion, and add to a medium sized bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Use as a dip for seafood or vegetables.
