Benihana Ginger Sauce


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup minced onion

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic

  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger

  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon white vinegar



Method

  1. Mince the ginger, garlic, and onion, and add to a medium sized bowl.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Use as a dip for seafood or vegetables.

Yield 3/4 cup
