Mango Habanero Sauce


  • 12-ounce mango peach concentrate

  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 4 habanero peppers

  • juice of one lime

  • 3 Tablespoon mango peach jelly

  • 3 Tablespoons orange marmalade

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth

  2. In a small saucepan, simmer the mixture over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce begins to thicken slightly

  3. Completely cool, and use as a coating or a dipping sauce for chicken wings

  4. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks
