Chicken Burrito Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cup black beans
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 cup corn kernels
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil
Method
Rub chicken breasts with chili seasoning and a little salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until done, then slice.
Warm black beans and corn in a pan.
Place brown rice into bowls, then add sliced chicken, beans, corn, cheese, avocado, and sour cream.
Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
Tips
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
Include tomatoes, lettuce, or lime juice for freshness.
