Cloud Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs (separated)

  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt



Method

  1. Preheat oven to 300-degree F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper

  2. Separate egg yolks and whites

  3. Mix the egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed in a mixing bowl until it forms stiff peaks

  4. In a large bowl mix the egg yolks and the yogurt until smooth.

  5. Gently fold about 1 cup of the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture until well combined. Slowly fold in the remaining egg white mixture until gone.

  6. Place ½ cup of the mixture onto the lined baking pan, leaving about 2 inches between each “loaf”

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes

  9. Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
