3 large eggs (separated)
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 300-degree F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Separate egg yolks and whites
Mix the egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed in mixing bowl until it forms stiff peaks
In a large bowl mix the egg yolks and the yogurt until smooth.
Gently fold about 1 cup of the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture until well combined. Slowly fold in remaining egg white mixture until gone.
Place ½ cup of the mixture on to the lined baking pan, leaving about 2 inches between each “loaf”
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes
Keep in a sealed container in refrigerator.
