Cloud Bread


  • 3 large eggs (separated)

  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt


  1. Preheat oven to 300-degree F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper

  2. Separate egg yolks and whites

  3. Mix the egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed in mixing bowl until it forms stiff peaks

  4. In a large bowl mix the egg yolks and the yogurt until smooth.

  5. Gently fold about 1 cup of the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture until well combined. Slowly fold in remaining egg white mixture until gone.

  6. Place ½ cup of the mixture on to the lined baking pan, leaving about 2 inches between each “loaf”

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes

  9. Keep in a sealed container in refrigerator.
