Easy Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup cottage cheese
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon wheat germ
1 Tablespoon flax seed
¼ cup sunflower seeds
3 cups oats
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
Method
In a large bowl add all the ingredients, stirring well to combine.
Either portion the mixture into 5 single serving containers, or keep it in the large bowl, cover tightly, and place in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours
Overnight oats will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
