Easy Overnight Oats


  • 1 ½ cups milk

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon wheat germ

  • 1 Tablespoon flax seed

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • 3 cups oats

  • ½ cup strawberries

  • ½ cup blueberries


  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients, stirring well to combine.

  2. Either portion the mixture into 5 single serving containers, or keep it in the large bowl, cover tightly, and place in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours

  3. Overnight oats will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
