Creamy cucumber dill sauce blends fresh cucumber with a tangy, smooth base, creating a cool, versatile dip or topping for many dishes.











Creamy Cucumber Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 cup milk

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Method

  1. Put the chopped cucumber, cream cheese, milk, and dill in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth. If you want it thinner, add a little more milk.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste if you like.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
