Creamy cucumber dill sauce blends fresh cucumber with a tangy, smooth base, creating a cool, versatile dip or topping for many dishes.
Creamy Cucumber Dill Sauce
Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Method
Put the chopped cucumber, cream cheese, milk, and dill in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. If you want it thinner, add a little more milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste if you like.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
