Eggroll Bowl


  • 1-pound ground pork

  • 14-ounce bag of coleslaw

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced ginger

  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

  • 4 or 5 sprigs of fresh cilantro


  1. In a large skillet, crumble and cook the sausage.

  2. Meanwhile mince the garlic and ginger and chop the cilantro, then add to the cooked sausage, then the soy sauce. Stir well

  3. Add the coleslaw to the top of the sausage mixture and cover with a lid to break down the cabbage, about 5 minutes.

  4. Uncover and stir well, add the sesame oil, and stir again.

Serve in a bowl with fried wonton strips, diced green onion and sesame seeds
