Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped tarragon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 anchovy fillets
¼ cup minced chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
Can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
