Green Goddess Dressing


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

  • 2 teaspoons chopped tarragon

  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 anchovy fillets

  • ¼ cup minced chives

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving

  2. Can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
