Hamburger lo mein is a creative fusion dish that brings together classic American ground beef—often referred to as "hamburger"—with the rich flavors and textures of Chinese lo mein noodles. This dish combines the savory, satisfying taste of seasoned beef with the chewy noodles that are a hallmark of lo mein, all tossed in a flavorful sauce with vegetables.
