Try ground beef Mongolian noodles for a quick and hearty meal. Stir-fry beef with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, noodles, and veggies.








Ground Beef Mongolian Noodles Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 8 ounces of pre-cooked soba noodles

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • ½ cup sliced green onions

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon Hoisin sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger

  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 3 Tablespoon water


Method

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef.

  2. When the meat is almost cooked, add the ginger and garlic and stir well

  3. Add the soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce, and continue to stir and cook

  4. Add the green onions and the red pepper flakes, stir well, and bring the mixture to a medium-high heat

  5. Mix the cornstarch and water, then add it to the skillet and stir well to incorporate the slurry.

  6. As the mixture thickens, add the noodles and mix well; lower the heat to a simmer and cover to let the mixture incorporate.

  7. Serve with more sliced green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds.


This delicious ground beef Mongolian noodle stir fry makes 4-3/4 cup servings.
