Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
2 pounds frozen shredded hash browns
½ large onion
¼ pound butter (melted)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
3 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 350℉
Dice the onion and set aside
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients, including the diced onion, and stir until well mixed.
Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake uncovered in the oven for about 50 minutes, or until the top becomes bubbly and starts to brown
