Herbs De Provence


Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons rosemary

  • 2 Tablespoons fennel seed

  • 2 Tablespoon crushed thyme leaves

  • 2 Tablespoons crushed basil leaves

  • 2 Tablespoon savory

  • 1 Tablespoon tarragon

  • 1 Tablespoon lavender flowers

  • 1 Tablespoon chervil

  • 1 Tablespoon dill

  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

  • 1 teaspoon marjoram

Method

  1. Mix well in a large bowl. Keep in airtight container out of the sunlight. Pulse or grind what you need for a recipe as needed to obtain the best flavor from this mixture

  2. Makes 15 Tablespoons or about 1 cup
