Jalapeno vinaigrette adds a vibrant kick to salads, grain bowls, pasta salads, and more. Balancing gentle spice with fresh herbs, tangy citrus or vinegar, and a touch of sweetness, this dressing elevates everyday meals with bold flavor.
Jalapeno Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 jalapenos, chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley
¼ cup fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor
Pulse until ingredients are well blended and emulsified
Store in a tightly fitted container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
