Jalapeno vinaigrette adds a vibrant kick to salads, grain bowls, pasta salads, and more. Balancing gentle spice with fresh herbs, tangy citrus or vinegar, and a touch of sweetness, this dressing elevates everyday meals with bold flavor.





Jalapeno Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled

  • 2 jalapenos, chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro

  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor

  2. Pulse until ingredients are well blended and emulsified

  3. Store in a tightly fitted container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
