1 pound cooked or raw shrimp, cleaned
½ cup ground or roughly chopped kimchi
3 tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 Tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
Pulse the kimchi in a food processor until ground into a paste.
Over medium high heat, melt the butter in a large frying pan or wok, add the shrimp add heat through, while adding the garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes.
Squeeze in the lime juice and cover with lid for 2 minutes and then add the kimchi paste and cilantro.
Stir well and cover again for another 2 minutes until completely hot. Serve with pasta or rice.
