Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 Tablespoons minced celery

  • 2 Tablespoons dehydrated chives

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 Tablespoons stone ground mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped capers

  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 Tablespoon cayenne

  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  •  

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
